Our gourmet restaurant, Le Sévigné, offers refined French cuisine in a luxurious and ornate room full of bright colors and regal furniture. Executive Chef Thierry Lejoly offers a menu that highlights traditional French cuisine blended with unique Vietnamese spices. Enjoy the cuisine of Chef Lejoly in the superb setting of the Le Sévigné's grand dining room. The regal and cozy setting welcomes you with the tradition of French hospitality, and is ornate with a large stone fireplace and authentic paintings. Le Sévigné provides the perfect dining experience, if you are looking for a quick and casual lunch indoor or on the outdoor terraces, after a game on the golf course.

THE CHEF

Thierry Lejoly began working at Le Sévigné Restaurant in 2009, and has since worked his way up to the Executive Chef position. Chef Lejoly received his BAP in culinary arts and has had a wide array of professional experience working in the kitchen of famous embassies alongisde world-renowned chefs. He worked alongside famous Chef Cahour at the French embassy in Washington, Chef Nérot at the London embassy, and Chef Raynier-Marchetti at the United States embassy in London. He also has years of experience working as a private chef for elite families such as the Mulliez family. Lejoly describes his cuisine as a blend between traditional French cuisine with a kick of Vietnamese spices, which is inspired by his Vietnamese wife.
