Built by François II Goddes de Varennes in 1699, Château de la Perrière, located in the Loire Valley, has been completely renovated to host private and professional events. Classified as a French Historic Monument, the castle's last occupant was in 1989 by the Count of Saint Pol.

Woodwork, tapestries, pavings, and chandeliers have all been restored, as well as the property's 17th century church: St. Andrew's Cathedral. 4-star amenities and services have been upgraded, in addition to Gastronomic French Restaurant Sévigné and an 18-hole golf course, providing the ideal location for the organization of corporate and family events.
